First Class design engineering & inspecting services

Our design engineering group includes all necessary disciplines generally required for a sulfuric acid plant or other process related project or technology. We also utilize current state-of-the-art tools such as 3D CAD and CFD. A high percentage of the organization has previous plant operating, maintenance, and/or start-up experience which help to bring a practical approach to engineering evaluations, trouble-shooting and new technology solutions.

 Our experienced process engineers can evaluate your plant for bottle necks, expansion studies, or plant revamp projects as well as offering new plant design. With vast manufacturing expertise, our knowledgeable product engineers can help you to overcome equipment failures.

We also offer inspecting services for field inspection of equipment or welder qualifications on our ZeCor®  family of materials for on site repairs.
